The Knime nodes (Heatmap node, Pipeline reporting nodes) in the form of .jar files have to be copied into the dropins directory in the Knime root directory (/knime_directory/dropins/). The nodes are read on the start of Knime and available in the Knime Node Repository with other - native - Knime nodes.

The Knime workflows downloaded as .zip files have to be extracted (unziped) before their import to Knime. To import the workflow to Knime use Menu->Import Knime Workflow... option and select the extracted workflow directory.
